Once your order has been processed, we are unable to provide refunds or make changes or cancellations. Cancellation Terms:

A non-refundable 20% of the product price will be charged if you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment.

A non-refundable 60% of the product price will be charged if you cancel your order within 48 hours of payment.
