Standard Shipping Time: Expect your products to be delivered within 3 to 5 weeks. Additional delays of 1 to 2 weeks might occur under the following circumstances:

Peak Seasons: November, December, January, February, or any other Public Holidays.

Unforeseen Circumstances: Such as natural disasters.

Customs Inspections.

Local Delivery: Standard local delivery is complimentary for all orders.

Carry-Up Service: For deliveries to locations above the ground floor without direct, unobstructed lift access, our Carry-Up Service is essential. This includes scenarios like stairs within landed properties and HDB marionette's, walk-up apartments with no direct lift access, and lift doors too narrow for furniture items to fit through. The carry-up service is priced at SGD $40.00 per level or item for every non-lift accessible level.

Disposal Fee: If you need the responsible disposal of old furniture, a flat fee of $100 will apply. This fee covers environmentally-friendly disposal of your existing furniture items.
