Order Debit

  • Payment for all orders is processed at the time of the transaction, with the full amount debited during checkout on the day of purchase.

Order Placed

  • Upon receiving your order, we'll promptly place the order with our suppliers. Parcel deliveries will be made within the specified delivery time and won't be booked in advance. For additional details on delivery, please refer to the Delivery section in these FAQs.

Cancel Order

  • Once your order is processed, changes or cancellations are not possible. If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us on WhatsApp at (+65 8758 5896) before shipment processing to avoid a 20% additional charge on the final payment.
  • Provide the name under which the order was placed, the order number, the item(s) you want to cancel, and the reason. If the order has been delivered, refer to our Returns Policy for further instructions.

Delivery Charges

  • Enjoy FREE SHIPPING within Singapore! To qualify, ensure your address is elevator-accessible or on the same floor as the lift landing. Please note a $50.00 surcharge applies to specific locations: Alps Avenue, Sentosa Island, Seletar Aerospace, Jurong Island, etc

My order is delayed. Can you provide an estimated arrival time?

Change of Delivery Address

  • If your order has not been sent out, we're happy to assist with any changes (please reach out as soon as possible!). Once dispatched, we are unable to stop the delivery process.

Warranty

  • As part of our commitment to quality, we offer a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects for all our products. In the unlikely event that your item encounters a manufacturing issue, kindly share as much detail and documentation as possible. This will help us thoroughly assess the situation and work collaboratively with you to find a suitable resolution.

  3. Photos of the product, including close-ups of any damage or defects.
  4. Explanation of how the defect occurred or details on the product's usage leading to the issue.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We provide a 14-day return policy. Request returns within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us through WhatsApp or email at cs.nestcraft@gmail.com with your name and order number. Our team will furnish you with the return address for sending your item.
  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect your products for any damage before assembling them. Report any quality-related issues to our Customer Service Team within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.
