Return & Refund Policy
We provide a 14-day return policy. Request returns within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us through WhatsApp or email at cs.nestcraft@gmail.com with your name and order number. Our team will furnish you with the return address for sending your item.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your products for any damage before assembling them. Report any quality-related issues to our Customer Service Team within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.
The returns policy is contingent upon adherence to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in brand-new condition—unused and resalable. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows scratches, stains, damages, or modifications upon inspection. We reserve the right to withhold a refund for products deemed of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear or misuse, at our discretion.
- All returns must be in the original packaging. We request that the item be sent back in its original packaging for the return to be accepted.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Clearance items
- Items marked “Non-returnable or Non-refundable.”
- Assembled / disassembled products.
- Without original packaging / serious damage to the original packaging
- Unauthorized returns will not qualify for a refund and will be rejected upon delivery to our return address.
Note:
- Once your order has been processed, changes or cancellations are not possible.
- If an item returned does not meet the specified requirements, we reserve the right to reject both the return and any refund requests.
- To change or cancel your order, please contact us before your shipment is processed to avoid additional charges (20% of the final payment).

How to return the items
- Contact us via Whatsapp or by emailing on cs.nestcraft@gmail.com
- Send us a copy of your initial order confirmation and provide clear pictures and video evidence of all items received.
- Package the item(s) ensuring that all parts are in the original packing.
- Returning damaged or faulty items is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by you if there are no quality issues involved.
- Nest Craft may apply additional fees during the return process, such as staircase delivery surcharge and location surcharge.
How will i be refunded
- Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours upon successful return/refund requests. The processing time for your refund varies based on the payment method used, usually taking 5-10 working days.
- The refund amount will only include the paid amount and will not incorporate the value of any discount, rebate, or promotion that was not paid for.
